Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all Company internal and external marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities. Oversees development and implementation of marketing, communications and public relations support materials and services. Coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with all other functions of the Company. Primary focus is to enhance the company’s sales and position within the marketplace. Oversight includes print and digital mediums, media relations and client acquisition, etc.


  • Strong Oral and written communication skills
  • Real Estate related industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of local area
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism or marketing preferred
  • Experience with graphics art software, specifically Adobe Photoshop & Adobe InDesign and Mapping/GIS software
  • Excellent personal management & organizational skills
  • Excellent collaborative and teaming skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate, orally and in writing, with a wide range of clients, vendors, consultants and investors

Job Duties:

  • Management and creation of all Company marketing materials
  • Website management
  • Mapping & research
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Participation in LSI sales meetings/updates
  • Coordination of marketing efforts with outside marketing consultants
  • Development of marketing plans and budgets
  • Creating and updates of “Market Trends” quarterly publications & presentations
  • Press release creation, special announcements drafting & publishing
  • Management of E-blast systems and website content / contact database
  • Maintain and update radar screen outlining priorities and accomplishments
  • Ensuring the overall health and vitality of company culture, and ensuring LSI remains up-to-date with modern marketing practices

Sales Associate


Education or equivalent training found in a two or four year degree program, with emphasis on real estate or construction preferred.  Candidates familiar with the Southwest Florida market, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills are most suitable for this position.  As a sales associate, a Florida Real Estate License will be required, though not required at time of application.
