Position: Administrative Support

Description: Land Solutions, Inc. is growing rapidly in 2018 and is seeking additional administrative support to facilitate sales and accommodate expansion. This is a fast paced position requiring a unique combination of speed and accuracy, while maintaining a positive attitude. Individual must be a highly detail-oriented, persistent, and honest employee that is able to effectively communicate with a variety of personality types.


  • Administration experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in a demanding and challenging work environment
  • Experience with telephone systems in a professional environment
  • Superior follow-through skills
  • Experience in Real Estate Industry a plus
  • Proficient with data input and excellent typing skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and act with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent personal management & organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate, orally and in writing, with a wide range of clients, vendors, consultants and investors

Job Duties:

  • Assist in time management and prioritization of daily activities
  • Miscellaneous copying, filing, proof reading, and typing as assigned
  • Assist in email communications, scheduling event and activity data input for Department Heads
  • Maintain Sales Reports
  • Coordinating and Scheduling meetings
  • Maintain radar screen outlining personal and team priorities
  • Preparation of meeting materials and packages
  • Assists with Property research for sales team


  • Eligible for health and related insurance

Hours and Working conditions:

  • 8-5 Monday through Friday
  • 60 minute lunch period per day
  • 2 weeks paid vacation after 3 months of employment
  • Professional Business Casual Dress Required

Sales Associate


Education or equivalent training found in a two or four year degree program, with emphasis on real estate or construction preferred. Candidates familiar with the Southwest Florida market, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills are most suitable for this position.  As a sales associate, a Florida Real Estate License will be required, though not required at time of application.
